This site provides an overview of your benefits programs as a permanent CMAT employee (working 20 hours per week or more), to help you make the best choices for you and your family.

You must enroll within 30 days of your hire date or the default options will apply.

Voluntary Plans
Participation is optional and you can enroll at any time.
To enroll, you must take action and submit forms
if applicable.

CAE MyBenefits is a single sign on portal that provides convenient access to all your benefits programs in one place.

Access your virtual healthcare provider, employee assistance program (EAP), pension plan or submit a claim, and much more – all in one place.

Online Enhanced Enrollment Experience for the Flexible Group Insurance Program

Access CAE MyBenefits, and click on Group Insurance Program to select your benefits coverage for the current year.

You would still need to go through the process of annual re-enrollment to select your benefits coverage for the upcoming year.

A modern enrollment experience that includes digital feature such as:

  • Electronic Beneficiaries – select your beneficiaries online, no paper forms required.
  • Responsive Design – automatically adapts to any device you are using.
  • Pending Actions – system alerts to remind you of any pending actions needed.
  • Improved Insights – a quick summary shows the impact of coverage changes and a spend analyzer provides a graphical view of your CAEselect Dollars and Payroll spend.
  • Confirmation Statements – accessible from any device and can be downloaded.

If things change:  If you experience a “life event” and need to update your coverage before the next scheduled re-enrollment period, you can do this within 31 days of the life event. Access CAE MyBenefits and click on “Group Insurance Program” to update your benefits coverage.
