At CAE, keeping you and your family healthy and safe is our priority. CAE has programs and resources that are available to you to support your physical, emotional, and financial health. Your CAE benefits programs offer you the flexibility and choice to provide the coverage that you and your family need.
Below are the four programs that CAE offers to employees. Participation in the Flexible Group Insurance Program and in the CMAT Retirement Plan are mandatory. For the Flexible Group Insurance Program, as a new hire at CAE, you have 31 days from receiving the welcome email to register and select your benefits coverage. If you do not enroll, you will automatically receive the default coverage with no opportunity to change your coverage until the next annual re-enrollment window or if you have a life event. For the CMAT Retirement Plan, if your choice has not been received by the administrator within 30 days of date of hire, you will automatically be enrolled in the DC only option (Option 2) without possibility of changing option (irrevocable).
Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan and Group RRSP is optional. You can decide to enroll now or in the future.
